Founded in 2012, M&H was Israel’s first whisky distillery. Dedicated to artisanal processes, the M&H team create young single malt spirit, Levantine gin and herbal liqueurs in Tel Aviv. Due to Israel’s hot and humid weather, M&H’s whisky matures and extracts barrel flavour quickly, giving its young spirit plenty of flavour and characteristics of a whisky aged for much longer in a cooler climate. Its Young Single Malt is matured in three types of cask (bourbon, red wine and Islay) providing notes of black cherry and red berry fruits with hints of vanilla. Also in its core range is the award-winning Levantine Gin, a herbal liqueur called ROOTS and New Make, which is the base spirit for both the single malt and the gin.
